Now that we’re all spending a lot more time at home, our usual routines have been turned upside down. While we’ll all be doing our best to make sure our little ones are keeping active and learning lots, a bit more screen time than usual might be just what we need to get through this difficult time. No list would be complete without mentioning Netflix‘s huge library of kid-friendly content. With favourites like PJ Masks and Octonauts, there’s hours of entertainment to be had (plus stacks for you to enjoy too!). Get Netflix.

Minecraft Educational Content

FOR AGES: 4YRS+ | GAME | FREE UNTIL 30TH JUNE
There’s FREE educational content in the Minecraft Marketplace until June 30th. Kids can tour the International Space Station or the inside of the human eye, explore renewable energy, marine biology and more. Netflix Jr.

Netflix Jr. is a YouTube channel where kids can learn, play and sing with their favourite Netflix characters. Storybots videos cover loads of topics, from barnyard animals to what makes aeroplanes fly to what is a virus. Watch Netflix Jr.

PBS Kids

The PBS Kids website is packed full of free online games featuring popular characters like the Cat in the Hat and Elmo. Kids can make up stories, colour scenes and solve simple puzzles. The Shows Must Go On!

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Shows Must Go On series on YouTube brings you musicals from Lloyd Webber’s back catalogue (think Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and Jesus Christ Superstar) to your home for free.
